Our approach

We favor repeatable habits over expensive equipment. Our articles distinguish an observation from an interpretation and encourage readers to record uncertainty. The illustrated chart on our homepage is decorative, not live weather data.

What we do not provide

We are not a forecasting or emergency-warning service. Consult the official weather service for your location for alerts and decisions about outdoor safety.
